Key Steps to Opening Your Store
1: Schedule an Introductory Meeting
The first step is to schedule a phone appointment with our CEO, Marie DeNicola, to learn more about us, and see the tools and resources that we provide to help you successfully run and operate your Boutique.
2: Complete a Qualifications Report
After the introductory meeting, it is time we learn more about you. Your next step is to fill out your financial information on our Qualifications Report.
3: Meet Us
Once financially qualified - it’s time to meet one another! During this meeting, we will give you our Franchise Offering Circular.
4: Review and Sign the Franchise Agreement
We suggest taking all the time you need to completely understand the Franchise Agreement before signing it.
5: Site Selection
We provide our suggested specs for your Mainstream Boutique, and will guide you in the search process to find the best location in your area.
6: Corporate Training Including Recommended Store Layout
We look forward to our 3 to 5 days together where you will receive your comprehensive training manuals; complete a detailed sales forecast; place initial orders for supplies, fixtures and merchandise; learn the POS; work with our Merchandising team; and all required to run a successful Mainstream Boutique.
7: POS & Open To Buy Programs
You will receive your Point of Sales System, along with your Open to Buy Program.
8: Initial Opening Advertising
You will work with our Graphic Designer to develop your initial opening advertising.
9: Grand Opening!
