Franchises are awarded in geographic territories throughout the
U.S. While there may be multiple franchises in a geographic area,

Franchise owners will participate in an initial training course
at Mainstream’s corporate office. The training will include
classroom instruction and on-the-job training for orientation to
the Business System and basic operating skills. After the franchisee
has successfully completed the initial training, a Mainstream representative
will visit the franchisee’s territory and provide opening
assistance that will include training in
daily operational procedures, customer relations, product knowledge
and other relevant areas.
You will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual that
covers policies and procedures involved in running your business,
along with updates and revisions as necessary. You will receive
periodic visits from a qualified Mainstream Boutique representative
who will provide experienced guidance.
